How do I get rid of Outlook on my e-mail?

I liked my Hotmail just the way it was; but somehow it was changed to Outlook. 

DON'T LIKE IT.  How do I get my old Hotmail back??  

 

You know, IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT.
