I changed my picture and adjusted my name for my outlook.com email account but those changes haven't happened for the same account on my PC that I use to login to windows 8.1. It's like they won't sync and I have tried restarting my pc, signing in and signing out of both outlook.com and windows 8.1 but still the changes I've made to my picture and name do not show up for my windows 8.1 account.

I would make the changes manually but I can't seem to change my name in windows, it just logs me into outlook.com where the name has already been changed.

Any ideas on how to get them to sync up?
