My wife rarely uses her live.com account. She's not an e-mail person. But it is linked to her Facebook, Twitter, etc. She got a notice that she has to reset a password on one of those accounts and the notice said an e-mail was sent to her live.com account. But the account is gone. Archived or something because it hasn't been used. She tried creating a new account with the same address but it won't let her.

She doesn't need to recover e-mails, or inbox or anything else. Just reactivate the account.

How does she do that?
