We need/want/would like to download such simple programs as "Microsoft Security Essentials" in a Language we can gawdarned READ.

When we go to a Microsoft and have the page and language set to English, and we go to a download, it always appears in some gobbldygook regional language we dont read (and its not just Microsoft).

So HOW in heck do we do it?

Is it really so gawdarned hard to give us a damn CHOICE of the language we want to install in?

Did nobody tell anyone at Microsoft that English is the INTERNATIONAL Buisness language of Choice?

So; Should it not be the SECOND INSTALL OPTION ON ALL PROGRAMS AND/OR ADD-ON`S???

Why does it drag its feet over the issue?
