Can somebody please help me as I am getting desperate.

I got an e-mail from Microsoft saying that I will need to go and change my billing info as they cannot take my payment from my previous credit card. I know that is because I cancelled the card when it was stolen.

I logged in to hotmail and went to https://commerce.microsoft.com. I was not able to go to Payment options at all, I got to a screen where I was asked for the alternative e-mail to which to send a code. I asked for the code to be sent to my alternative e-mail address.

I have now got to a never ending loop where I have tried this at least 10 times and I never get past this point. I even tried to change to SMS notification to my phone, I got the code there and that also gets me to a never ending loop.

This morning I got an e-mail from Microsoft billing saying that my account will be suspeneded if I do not pay within 21 days.

How I can solve this? Is there any telephone number at all that I can call?
