ORIGINAL TITLE: foreign language is my hotmail.

My hotmail account was hacked.  I followed Microsoft procedures on fixing the problem.  Now when I go in to hotmail, I have a foreign language for all my resources.  My emails come up in English, but I don't know how to get rid of this other language.  Please help.
