Please advise how I can close my current live e-mail account and open a new live e-mail account retaining all of my contacts. Having major problems with receiving vulgar and unsolicited e-mails. Also I feel that someone has opened an account using my e-mail address on an unknown website. I want to get rid of the old account totally so that I'm not harrassed with these unsolicited e-mails.

Please help.
