My husband and I have received emails notification from Microsoft that the credit card we use for monthly account payment has expired.  After trying all the obvious options unsuccessfully, we are still trying to find a way to give the renewed card details to Microsoft so that we do not lose the service. BUT there seems to be no way to contact them for this purpose, or even to ask how to do it, except through this Community.  Any suggestions before we are cut off will be much appreciated. We use msn.com for emails even though we are now based in Australia. thanks for any tips.  Janet, Brisbane
