I tried this way:

You know how signing up,they have create a new account option or the account name option.The create new account option has only a few choices,@outlook,@live,@hotmail,etc. But the account name option can type anything you want.I made an account,but they don't let me access it.I always ask me to verify the account first to proof the account is mine (which is stupid as I have the password and I just made the account).It might sound easy,but they make the task harder than it sounds.They lock the account's inbox (as it needs verification),then tell me to verify the locked account by opening an email they sent me.If the inbox is locked,how can I open the email to verify the account?!
