Hello, I've had ad-free Hotmail subscription for a few years and all of a sudden, it was cancelled by you guys this year.  I'd like to re-activate it.  The Commerce.microsoft site does not offer such an option, nor can I purchase the product again. (How stupid! Whoever designed the site should really be fired.) It instead directed me to this forum.  Okay, so how do I re-activate ad-free Hotmail?  The credit card on file is still valid.
