After receiving notice of impending cancellation due to expired credit card, I updated my credit card details.  My Hotmail Plus account was cancelled anyway even though the current credit card details are visible in my account!  The link in the cancellation email only takes me to and endless loop which never allows me to contact the billing deparatment with my querry.  Please help!
