My Yahoo account has been deactivated, xbox live are asking for password to this account, I do not remember the password as I set up the email account 5 years ago. I have tried resetting the password Yahoo are having none of it and say I will need a new account. Please can any one help as I do not want to loose years of gaming and profile which is what will happen if I have to add a new email account.
