Ladies & Gentlemen,

I have had this problem since December 2012, and I can't find any solution.....please help me

Let's begin by describing a typical activity I perform in my GMail account, 'Contacts'.  Last December my colleague asked 'Who's the filipina?'  Curious, I asked 'what do you mean?', he showed me my email he had received for a separate email I sent him from my Hotmail account, and what I saw was disturbing, it's an old friend of mine I met on fb, and her photo for some reason bound itself to my Hotmail, oh I tried changing the profile photo to first nothing, then to another, only to have him tell me he still see's her.  Just today, 8-30-2013, I was in my new gmail account, and creating a contact for an email address, 'the one I had used before', and wouldn't you know it, she re-appeared.  As soon as I entered in the email address on a new contact entry, her photo popped up again, so I went up to the upper left corner where the photo is and removed it but near the bottom left is a smaller photo image by the words google + and it was the same photo, [no photo at top, her thumbnail photo at bottom] still.

I went to my Hotmail account to see every option to locate it, nothing, just a 'no profile photo' shows, the way it should, I even added an angel photo as my new photo, but do you think that it should've been displayed upon creating a new contact? no, for some reason no matter what image I use on my hotmail account, this filipina still shows up, so I right-clicked the image to open it in another tab, to see the path, [https://mail.google.com/mail/c/photos/private/A BUNCH OF LETTERS & NUMBERS HERE FOR NAME ENDING WITH THE SIZE] is what shows up, so I went back to gmail to locate a directory of sorts to find [https://mail.google.com/mail/c/photos/private/] and their is no 'private' section for photos to allow me to rid this forever.

PLEASE HELP, I NEED TO RID OF THAT PHOTO FOREVER

Thank you
