I have not been able to receive emails since oct 30, I contacted my domain provided and they stated I have to contact Microsoft for mx record so they can update it in their system, I called many times and talked to so many reps from Microsoft or msn, support,
office department, customer service, chats to get mx record info and they have not been able to provide such information. how can I get mx record? Something so simple and it has been a nightmare to get to the right person. Please help me asap since it has
been over a week without my emails. my domain is patriciapotoy.com
