I had to do a system recovery on my laptop last week and by mistake I managed to close my outlook.com account to which i had an alias email address attached. I have opened another outlook account with the same hotmail address but am unable to add my orange email as an alias. i get the message"that email is already in use try another" Please can anyone help!!!!!
