For the past two days I am unable to either forward emails or send new messages. When I click the link to forward email or to start a new message, nothing happens. I am able to receive messages. This happened after trying to access healthcare.gov which
told me to delete browsing history, temp. internet files, cookies and history, also delete preserve favorites website data. I don't believe that is what caused my problem, but it happened after trying to access their website. Please help if you can! Thanks.
