everytime i try to sign into my account i get an error code...80048821
i have searched for answers on here and tried all the options available..deleting cache etc..
i have tried on numerous occasions restting my password..but i have never received an email or a reply to an alternative email addy i provided.

i have had my account for around 10 yrs and never had any trouble until now.

i'd appreciate any help on recovering it as i have contacts i'd like to retrieve and emails..
i have since created a new msn account but am now very unsure whether to use it...
