I have not been able to access my hotmail account now for 3 days. I've gone through all the steps of a single use code (5 times now) reset my password multiple times, and even contacted Microsoft tech support for an answer but the only resolve I received
from them was to access this website and "a moderator would walk me through the process". Every time I log in, it states that I need "Parental Permission". I have been using this email account for over 10 years and being 60 years old, I don't think I need
my parents (who are dead now) permission to go online. If anyone else has been having this problem and has found a resolution for it, please let me know.
