My problems start there.
Since I'd been changing my password a lot, it stopped sending emails to my backup email, the one which I could access, and started sending them to my live account email. Now, not only is this account not accessible, but I do not know the password for my
live account, so I cannot access it. I also, rather criminally, I suppose, do not know the answer to my security question either. So I decided I would fill out the reset form to the best of my ability, and see if that was successful. Apparently, due to my
account being @btinternet, not @live, Microsoft cannot help me.
Great. Not only have I been locked out of my account, and thus my LIVE, but I have no way of cancelling the billing, and so it will keep eating away at my money for LIVE.
All I ask is some way to get a reset link to my backup email, so I can change the password and fix this mess.
