I have tried to repair, uninstall and reinstall the product, but no luck with either. I have been having trouble with this product for a while, it started with an error message when receiving messages (don't have a note of this), then I had an issue with
the Windows platform not responding, now this. Any help would be appreciated. I have even tried a clean removal prior to reinstalling. Still no luck.
