Me and my wife were the ones responsible for this. my main computer was hit by the ammyy scam and I had to go through system recovery to set the computer back up. We did not use the pass word every day because we had MSN set to log in automatically. We have found the right pass word sheet now, but the account is blocked on outlooks end. I have sent in two questionnaires to them with no response. I need to get back to this account and recover info stored for our records.
