When I attempt to approve my daughters new email address/windows id I am able to sign in to my account just fine.  I am then prompted to enter my credit card info for my age verification which seems to go just fine.  When I submit my info the web site thinks for a moment and returns the message "Microsoft account is experiencing problems right now. Please try again later."  No other info is given.  I've been trying for a week and a half now, but nothing changes.  Please help.
