My PC Tools was replaced by Norton Internet Security on 5/10/2913. The first Hotmail email I tried to attach a pic to, the "attach" button disappeared. I searched Google and the main suggestion to fix the problem was uninstall/disable Silverlight. That didn't help. There's no problem with my Yahoo mail account.
