The size of my mailbox tells me I have mail in its assigned folders.  My empty inbox in my online POP account tells me all my mail has transferred to Outlook. Unfortunately all of my folders tell me there are no items to show in this view.  In other words,  I can't see my email. My filter is off and I am afraid I would really mess things up if I changed too many things in there. Please help. There might be something important in there.
