For about a week now i have been trying to access my Microsoft account and gamer tag. the window i keep getting says "it looks like someone might be using your account", and then i go to the screen where it asks you what e-mail you'd like to use to
receive your verification number but the only e-mail listed is one i cannot get into. so i have been selecting the "i can't verify my account" option and filled out the stupid questions so many times and yet all i get back is a link to reset my password...
now according to the x-box service people this is where the problem is.. when i change my password nothing gets fixed. the screen says "looks like someone else might be using your account" like it always does and the same e-mail address that i can't use is
the only option for verification.
i have called and talked to like 5 different x-box service people for hours trying to figure this out and every time they convince themselves that the Microsoft account team will help me and all i get is an automated response e-mail that doesn't help
anything.
the x-box people can't do anymore to help me, only the Microsoft account team can (so i'm told) so PLEASE HELP!!!
i don't like paying for a membership i can't use.
anyone got bill gates cell number? maybe he can help me.
