I have an email coming supposedly from my boss and when I open it, it is actually from my sister – Neither one knows the other nor do they know each other’s emails – How can this happen??

I opened an email this evening from my boss, and when I went into it. it was actually from my sister.  Neither one knows the other nor do they know each other's emails.  I do not want any connection between them.  

This is not the first weird thing -on the weekend  I was looking for an email from my sister that I had previously opened but had not answered.  I could not find it and I knew that I had not deleted it.  After looking everywhere, I accidentally found it attached to a friends email and  again it was someone my sister does not know.   

Not sure what is happening but I think I will stop using OUTLOOK and go to my gmail account instead.
