I can edit videos in WLMM but there is no video in the preview or in the finished product. I have updated the software. My computer is up to date. I have checked to make sure that I am using video files in the correct format in the correct locations. I have read all of the other blogs out there about this problem and followed instructions found there but nothing helps. Here is the info on my computer:
