I have been getting spam or html emails like crazy and have blocked the senders domain thru my junk mail but I am still receiving them from them.

I have been getting spam or html emails like crazy and have blocked the senders domain thru my junk mail but I am still receiving them from them. What am I doing wrong and why am I still getting them?
