I was blocked out of my hotmail account it seems because I travel a lot.  I could previously get into the blocked account by linking it to my secondary account.  However, a few weeks ago, both accounts were blocked and in order to get into even the secondary account, I had to unlink it from my primary account.  I NEED IMPORTANT INFORMATION in my primary account and have tried for several weeks online and with customer service reps to unblock my account.  I keep getting passed on to other people at microsoft.  This is super frustrating.  I would like a specific phone number that I can use to unblock this account once and for all.  I'm tired of the online procedures that don't work as well as customer service representatives that are unable to solve this problem.  Thank you.
