I have two Hotmail accounts - one for personal use and one for professional use. I am able to log into the personal use account but when I try to switch over to the professional use I get an error that says that there is something wrong with it. Can
anyone explain this? How can it be that there is no avenue for information about this error from Microsoft? I've reported it every time I've tried to log in, but that appears to be nothing but a black hole (I get no feedback). I can find nowhere that I
can actually get information on what could be causing this.
