I went to customer service and did the recovery of my account, answering all questions inclusive mothers birth place, got a link to reset my password, did reset and looked into my account which tells me that it is still blocked, and I am now going to Google.
This is to much harassment. This account is only days old and I did send perhaps 20-30 mails, now being suspect to spam. This is ridiculous!
There is no clear recovery system, these webpages send you around in circles and after a few pages you end up the same page you started, but no solution.
Stupid questions like "Why do I have to verify my account?" ,
instead of showing solutions to how can the account be unblocked.
The verification process doesn't work, sending a code by phone doesn't work, requesting an automated call doesn't work!
