I made a microsoft account yesterday and bought windows with it. I have received the charge for buying windows, and the key that came with Windows worked to install it. Unfortunately I was running into issues with a driver installation, so I wanted to
wipe windows and start again, but it no longer allows me to access my account to see my product key.
Is there any way to fix this issue? I'm definitely typing the email correctly, but every time the error says it does not exist. So i made a new account to post on this forum, since I couldn't find a direct email correspondence anyway.
