I've sent in a form twice and asked for assistance three times, I've been receiving the same automated messages and not much else to help so I can explain the problem a bit more thoroughly, they said the account violated the terms of service, I'm aware
but I'm not sure how, I wanted to clarify that I have no idea how due to me never using the account, Without that account I have hundreds of dollars and thousands of hours lost being unable to sign into xbox, That account is in good standing and I feel its
unfair. Either way I desperately need it back, they NEVER told me what they could do about, just told me it violated the terms and thats it, I want to know what I can do to either unblock my live account or get the account switched to this live email.
