I received a notice that my cc expired and it listed a URL where I could change the billing information. I changed the card type and number but it still keeps trying to charge the old card and it won't let me delete the old card because it states that there are transactions pending. It is showing the new card as the one to charge tho. I can't find a support phone # or email address to report this - does anyone know who I can contact?
I'm afraid that our Hotmail account will be disabled before I can resolve the issue.
