This is a phishing attempt to get your e-mail password. A friend of mine got the same message and later all contacts were asked to send her money via Western Union. She managed to change her password and gain control over her account. She even reported the incident. Unfortunately she replied to the same message again by clicking on the login link. The e-mail was sent 10 minutes after reporting fraud so it looked quite authentic to her.
Then her hotmail language was changed to arabic, so that navigation become quite the challenge. Also the message forwarding functionality was activated, no copies of received e-mails were being kept.

So DO NOT click on the “reactivation-link” and DEFINITELY DO NOT enter your username and password there!

When you move your cursor over the link you see where it actually takes you… The link has nothing to do with hotmail. And by the way – the website is hosted be the same company as the website my friend entered her credentials.
