I seem to get msgs. from Facebook friends; but am unable to open just the msgr. sidebar window for vid/ talk . I get a notice that says "my side by side configuration setting are incorrect".

 Unable to access msgr. independant of other programs.  "side-by-side configuration settings wrong" ?!?
