Now whenever i login to my outlook account there is 2 folders - 1 is the outlook and another is the hotmail. When i send a test email to both my outlook and hotmail account, the email will go to the folder but it doesn't show in my Inbox.

Another issue is after changing this, my Iphone which syncs with my outlook account does not receive emails either

I would like my inbox to be able to receive emails going to my outlook account and emails to my hotmail go into the folder

Help me please. I been navigating for almost 9 hours now.
