The form does not ask my security question and says the information provided is not adequate but I have checked email addresses with family and friends. I think it may be because I had to change my alternative email address, I set up this account about ten years ago and I cant remember it.

It seems that because this is a free account there is no personal support it is all automated.

I don't know what to do, this is my work, I've lost it all.
