Since two days I have had major problems with my identity in Outlook 2011. I restarted my MacBook Pro (runs on 10.5.8) and my Outlook prompted me to rebuilt my identity which I did (I have an Exchange account - did not know YET I should have not done it
with this type of account) and my account as well as all my folders were gone.
I downloaded a back-up from my Carbonite and yesterday - following the instructions about how to create a new identity if you have an Exchange account, rebuild it, etc. restored and backed-up everything. Everything "perfectly" working until early this
morning.
I shut down Outlook, restarted it and - wop! - all gone again. I sit in front of an empty Outlook.
Any suggestions?
