IE 9 will not fully open Hotmail page,Google Chrome fully opens it but fails to open mail

IE 9 on Windows 7 will not fully open the Hotmail page,Google Chrome fully opens it but fails to open mail. I am experiencing other problems with Internet Explorer, slowness and failing to open other web page links.
