I'm having problems to recover an account. After a few tries and some submitted forms, the support team was able to confirm that I was the owner of my account (issue number 108647328). Since yesterday I'm waiting for the additional email with the reset link but the email just doesn't come.
I want to know if there's an issue with the recovery system or the problem is with the Windows Live Mail, because I'm able to receive other emails but not this particular one. Here is the last (automated) email from the support team:

We have confirmed that you are the owner of ********@live.com. An additional email with a link to reset your password has been sent to this email address.
