I’m unable to send and receive emails in Windows Live Mail and I get the error ID: 0x800CCC6B

Original title: not sending or receiving mail

 

I have received  a message stating that ' Unknown error has occurred.

                                                             Subject ' Fw The only flag that doesn't fly 
                                                             Server error 551
                       Server response: 551 5.7.6.
             Message rejected as SPAM (CM)
     Server Optusnet.com.au
     Windows Live Mail
     Error ID: 0x800CCC6B
     Protocol SMTP
     Port 25
     Secure (SSL) No

This message is blocking any mail being received on sent. I don't seem to be able to delete it. Pleas help...Lyn
