This is a real pain as I like to organise my emails by year. It was not a problem with .pst files when my main computer was a PC.
I've exported my 2013 emails on my IMac to an .olm file. When I try to import this file on to my MacBook Air I immediately get a message saying that I have stopped the import, The fie size is4Gb. I've trying to export it a smaller file (eg by just selecting
the inbox) but this doesn't seem to make any difference. I've also created a new identity on the Macbook but this doesn't work either.
