Hi,

I have been trying to install the office for mac 2011 for which I have a product key, however while doing so, I get the following error message : We encountered a problem with your request. Please visit Microsoft support contact us page for assistance. Refer to message code 715-123130 and transaction ID cd7a0858-1650-4b44-9d93-67fcb1965109 .

I am unable to install and request if some one could give me a solution on how to go about installing this on my mac
