I need to be able to manage my email once and it apply across all interfaces to my account.  Actions taken on my iPhone are not acting in that manner.  ie. marked as read, deleted message from in-box, etc.  Additionally, my folders are no longer available on my iPhone (the were on my 4s.  Note: I was using iOS 7 on my 4s.
