I contacted the IS department that supports my website, and they did several tests of the email for my 'contact us' page, including changing the email address to a couple of their own there in the office, and sending a test message. In each case, the
messages arrived without issue. This means that their system is working the way it should, so there is most likely an issue with Hotmail blocking the messages in some way. I checked to see if the messages I sent from two different devices using the 'contact
us' page on my website are ending up in my Spam or Junk folder, but they were not. Internet connectivity has not been an issue. I was told to contact Hotmail's customer support to find out if/why Hotmail is blocking the messages. I was provided the email
address the messages from my website come from which may help Hotmail isolate the issue. How can I contact someone on the Hotmail side to trouble shoot this? Hotmail was recently converted to Outlook, could that be part of the problem? For 2 years I had
no problem receiving emails that came from my website to my Hotmail account directly. Please help resolve this problem. Microsoft Support sent me here.
