I've set up an alias on my Outlook.com account and use it to sign up for newsletters and to set up accounts with online retailers. Very useful. The problem is how do I send an email from a plussed alias? I can only seem to send emails/respond to emails from the base alias address; this makes the alias feature less than useful. If this is all it can do then it's really no more than a glorified catch-all email address, it's not a proper alias.

Is it possible to send email from a plussed alias? i.e *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
