My email account has recently been hacked and has been sending out spam messages to all my contacts. I have since changed my password several times on several devices, scanned for viruses, deleted all my contacts and am now forwarding all emails to a different address HOWEVER it would seem that spam emails are STILL being sent from my address as I am still receiving messages to say some of the spam emails are bouncing back... am I still hacked?

I've tried finding a way to contact Microsoft re. this issue but have had no success. I'm very reluctant to close this email account down as it is well used! I don't know what to do! HELP!
