I am having issues receiving emails to my non-primary alias on my mobile devices (Samsung S4 smartphone and Galaxy Note). The issue began Monday night 11/4. Prior to that I was not having any problems. All emails (to my primary & non-primary
alias) are coming through fine to my laptop. The issue is only with my non-primary alias on both mobile devices. Emails to my primary alias are coming to both of my mobile devices without issue. I am using the outlook.com app on both mobile devices,
so assuming the issue is with the app? When I access http://m.mail.live.com to check email from my mobile device, all works fine. Did something change with the outlook.com app in the last few days?
