I have never had an issue with my Hotmail account. I checked it every day or so for over a decade. Last Sunday I went to play my Xbox I couldn't remember my account information so my friend helped me log in using my Microsoft/Hotmail account. Cool I thought so I used this new account while I waited for the call center XBOX live people to get back to me within 24 hours with a old account reset. That never happened I just get passed off to some other group some other place. So a few days go by and I need to access a receipt and go to log in and I get the infinite loop of pain.

So I do the form... a few time then one more just to make sure. It will not let me in.
So then I call a few times and then wait twenty four hours and call back and finally I get email that led me here. I have about five calls into an overly helpful customer support center that can answer questions about XBOX OR email but not both. So I call the other help line and get the brush of that this person too can only answer phones and can't do anything but send questions to the magic 8 ball.
This email/XBOX/life sucking hole "account" is starting to be more of a problem than its worth.
Is there any way to get me back into the above email account?
After talking to the stellar call technical support center that ignored me and passed me up to people that I'm pretty sure don't exist in any form of real life person. Can I get a copy of my email contacts so that I take that information to my other email account that I had to start because I can't use this one?
How do I cancel my XBOX live member ship now that I cannot use it or access my email?
